"It wasn’t easy at first because I didn’t have any experience, but everyone around helped me learn what’s right and wrong. I decided to major in ECE. Taking these classes made me understand my job and how to do it. My favorite part of the role is to hangout with these amazing kids and being the one to help them develop.  My favorite part about the staff is how well we get along, have fun, help each other and most of all laugh. The culture here is very friendly and respectful.
